TKD Kickboxing (16 +)

These classes are focused on the combative aspect of Taekwondo and for fitness. Traditionally, taekwondo was a martial art developed for the purpose of self-defense and meditation. Overtime, it has evolved to be more of a sport, especially after the integration of Taekwondo in the Olympics. In adult classes, the goal is to combine traditional taekwondo techniques mixed with modern-style kickboxing to learn a fighting style that will be practical in both the real world and against other martial arts. This class will also focus on physical exercises that will benefit people looking to lose weight, increase strength, and improve balance and coordination.
